- Access the Teams Tab: Navigate to the "Teams" tab in the left menu.
- Open Members Report: Within the Teams section, locate the "Members Report" option.
- Select Season and Teams: Choose the specific season you want to refer to from the dropdown menu. Then, select the teams from that season that you wish to communicate with. You can multi-select if needed.
- Customize Report Fields: Click on the cog icon to customize the fields you want to include in the report. Choose the fields from the registration form that you want to display.
- Order Members: Arrange the members in the report by team order or name order by clicking on the column headers.
- Email Members: Once you have the list of members from previous seasons, you can communicate with them by clicking on the mailer icon at the top menu. This allows you to send emails to these members directly from the platform.
By following these steps, you can easily find and communicate with members who were part of previous seasons' groups or teams in Friendly Manager.
