Groups Report

  1. Access the Teams Tab: Navigate to the "Teams" tab in the left-hand menu of Friendly Manager.
  2. Open Teams Report: Clicking on the "Teams" tab will open up the Teams Report. The terminology might vary based on your organization, and it could be called groups or classes.
  3. Select Season: In the Teams Report, you'll have the option to select the season you want to view. Choose the current season or any past season from the dropdown menu.
  4. View Member Overview: Once you've selected the season, you can view an overview of all the members in the teams or groups associated with that season. This overview typically includes information such as the number of members, wait-lists, attendances, etc.
  5. Download Data: If you need to save or analyze the data further, you can download the report as a CSV file. Simply click on the "Download CSV" button, and you'll have a file that can be opened and viewed in Excel or any other spreadsheet software.
