Pre onboarding tour

  1. Logging In: Use the login credentials sent to you via email to access your Friendly Manager account. This will take you to the admin dashboard.
  2. Dashboard Overview: Upon logging in, you'll see various widgets on your dashboard. These widgets provide quick access to key features and are optimized for use on different devices.
  3. Club Settings: Click on the cog icon to access club settings. Here, you can input public details about your organization, set up login help details, upload your club logo, and customize email headers.
  4. Main Settings: Navigate through different tabs to set up primary administrator details, customize login backgrounds, set default gender, configure attendance tracking, session times, uniform managers, payment terms, GST registration, payment gateways, and more.
  5. Terminology: Customize terminology throughout the platform to align with your organization's terminology preferences. This includes member types, context terms, staff members, and features within the account.
  6. Registrations: Configure registration settings such as enabling public registration, restricting registrations based on overdue payments, adding terms and conditions, setting up wait-lists, and managing comments on registration forms.
  7. Automated Emails: Customize automated emails sent from the system to ensure they reflect your club's branding and messaging.
  8. Sponsors: Add sponsors' details and logos to showcase them within member profiles and other public-facing areas.
  9. Integrations: Access script tags for integrating Friendly Manager features into your organization's website, making sign-up forms, merchandise, holiday programs, and more accessible to your website visitors.
  10. Vouchers: Create vouchers to offer discounts to members on specific registrations or purchases.
  11. Onboarding: It's recommended to wait for your onboarding session before setting up terms and group structures to ensure alignment with registration flows and invoicing cycles.
