Adding Rounds and Pools

  1. Access Competition Settings:
    • Go to the left-hand navigation and click on "Competitions."
    • Select the desired competition and division.
  2. Add Rounds:
    • Click the green "Add Round" button in the top navigation.
    • Name the round and choose the type of competition (e.g., Round Robin).
  3. Select Competition Type:
    • Choose from options like Round Robin, Casual, Tournament, or Grading.
    • Each type has different characteristics and rules for scheduling games.
  4. Create Pools:
    • Click the green "Create Pools" button.
    • Choose the label for pools (e.g., Pool, Group).
    • Specify the number of pools needed (e.g., A, B, C).
    • Click "Add" to create the pools.
  5. Assign Teams to Pools:
    • Drag and drop teams from the unassigned list into their respective pools.
    • Ensure teams are distributed evenly based on the competition format.
  6. Finalize and Review:
    • Review the assigned teams in each pool.
    • Ensure all teams are placed correctly before proceeding.
  7. Create Draw:
    • Once rounds and pools are set up, proceed to create a draw for scheduling games.
