Hamilton City Netball Centre caters for a broad range of skills and abilities, from primary aged Future Ferns to open grade competitions, rep teams to social leagues for all ages.
In addition, they also run player skill sessions and focus on developing coaches and umpires in order to grow netball as the sport of choice for Hamilton.
Because of their broad client base, HCNC needed a new, easy to use, practical and efficient management system that could cope with the complexities of their high-level competitions, their training and development, their complete registration process, as well as their day to day management procedures.
Friendly Manager took on the dual challenge of taking over the registration processes for HCNC as well as building an entire netball competition system within four months.
This dynamic competition worked with over 500 teams. It required a well-organised, intricate yet simple design.
We provided this system to HCNC within the required timeframe, allowing for a smooth and straightforward competition.
As well as this, we designed and implemented brand new live draws and a results system to make competitions so much easier. Friendly Manager also handles the complete registration process for HCNC.
This includes handling registration forms, receiving and processing data, processing seasonal competitions and training fees, managing team logins, and managing coaches and their coaching development.
HCNC also chose to produce a new user friendly website through Friendly Manager. This is a real show of how our team can create innovative and simple solutions to club management dilemmas, including competitions, draws and results.
