With the parents of 300 juniors registering their kids on paper forms each November, Nikki the club administrator at Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Club, was keen to find a better solution. Registration forms were manually entered into three different systems, and then printed to take weekly attendance. Apart from being time consuming, it was also difficult to maintain accurate data across the systems.

Now Nikki enjoys streamlined event management covering invitations, acceptances, and automatic invoicing. Nikki and her team are now free to focus on growing their club, and appreciating their lovely new club house.
