NEW FEATURE: Turn Manager Finances Access On/Off

Friendly Manager has released a new development to help clubs make their own decision if their Manager's are able to see finances on profiles and access the fees report, or not.

This development has stemmed from feedback customers have given us where they wanted Manager's to have the same role, except without the ability to see club financial elements.  We have obliged and made this available all customers!

This can be accessed via 'Settings' in the top right of your Friendly Manager instance. If you have as enabled, Managers will be able to see finances on profiles and access the fee report. If disabled, this information will not be accessible. See the image below for what this field will look like in your system.

Steps to access the feature

1. Log in to your club’s Friendly Manager instance.
2. On the blue control bar click on the settings cog.
3. Select the 'Main Settings' tab.
4. Near the bottom you will see a field called Manager Finances Access.
5. Select if you want it either enabled or disabled.
6. Once you have made your choice, select the green 'Save' button.
