Friendly Manager Partner with Bay of Plenty Badminton to create a region-wide database and club management system.
Friendly Manager are excited to announce their recent partnership with Bay of Plenty Badminton. Friendly Manager are providing the regional organisation and all affiliated clubs with the software to manage registrations, memberships, fees, communications and groups. Friendly Manager is also providing websites for each organisation to ensure that anyone wanting to find badminton opportunities in the Bay of Plenty region can easily see what is on offer in their community.
Delwyn Cooper, General Manager of Bay of Plenty Badminton, is looking forward to the opportunity Friendly Manager will provide all organisations in the region to grow the sport: "We are really excited about providing all our clubs with the Friendly Manager system to streamline their administration. For the first time we will have accurate reporting throughout our whole region and be able to communicate to specific groups as required. Implementing Friendly Manager across the region is allowing us to provide our volunteers with a system that will take a lot of the manual handling away and allow them to focus more on growing our sport." Delwyn also confirms that the software will be provided to all affiliated badminton clubs in the region at no charge.
The implementation will include a full support package for each club to ensure that club administrators are fully trained to be able to set up the software appropriately and use the software effectively once they are up and running. Kim Wilson, General Manager at Friendly Manager says, “User support is an essential part of a successful rollout of the system and Friendly Manager have a team of club administrators ready to help make this a smooth transition.”
The new system will be implemented over the coming months with full roll out expected by the end of June.
